How NUDGE works

NUDGE looks at the information you choose to give it — appointments, emails, receipts and purchases — and points out the things that look time-sensitive: a return window closing, a bill due, an appointment you haven't prepared for.

Every nudge shows what NUDGE noticed, where it came from and why it matters. NUDGE makes inferences, not statements of fact, so it says “it looks like” rather than “you forgot”. If something looks wrong, dismiss it and it goes away.

Subscriptions

NUDGE Free costs nothing and stays useful on its own. NUDGE+ is $2.99 a month. NUDGE Pro is $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

Paid plans are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system inside the NUDGE iPhone app. Apple charges your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically at the stated price until you cancel.

How to cancel

Open Settings → Your NUDGE Plan → Manage Subscription, which opens Apple's subscription settings. You can also go to the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then NUDGE moves you to the free plan. Nothing you've saved is deleted.

How to restore purchases

If you reinstall NUDGE or sign in on another device, open Settings → Your NUDGE Plan → Restore Purchases. NUDGE asks Apple what your Apple Account owns and re-applies it. NUDGE only unlocks paid features when Apple confirms them.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. NUDGE cannot issue App Store refunds.

Privacy

Your information is visible only to your account. It is never sold and never shared with other users. NUDGE stores no payment card details — Apple handles all payments.

You can export everything NUDGE holds, or delete your account and its data, from Settings.

Email support@getnudgelife.app and tell us what happened. For billing questions, include the date of the charge — Apple, not NUDGE, holds your payment details.
