Using NUDGE

NUDGE is a personal assistant that reviews information you choose to give it and points out things that look time-sensitive. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. You must be old enough to hold an Apple Account in your country.

NUDGE makes suggestions, not guarantees

NUDGE uses automated analysis. It can miss things, and it can be wrong about the things it finds. It is not a substitute for your own records, and it should not be relied on for legal, financial, medical or safety-critical deadlines. Always check the original source before acting on a nudge.

Subscription terms

NUDGE Free costs nothing. Paid plans are:

Paid plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system in the NUDGE iPhone app, in a subscription group called NUDGE Premium. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price above unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Prices may vary by country and include applicable taxes.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple's subscription settings — in NUDGE this is Settings → Your NUDGE Plan → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to NUDGE Free. Your account and saved information are not deleted when a subscription ends.

Changing between plans is handled by Apple, including any proration Apple applies. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; NUDGE cannot issue them.

Your content

The information you add or connect stays yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. We do not sell your information and we do not show it to other users.

Acceptable use

Do not use NUDGE to break the law, to process other people's information without their permission, or to attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

Ending your access

You can stop using NUDGE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively or in a way that endangers the service or other people.
