What NUDGE stores

• Your account: email address and name, if you give one.
• What you connect or add: calendar events, email summaries, receipts, purchases.
• What NUDGE produces: detected items, reminders, notifications, Ask My Life conversations.
• Your settings: notification preferences and what you asked NUDGE to watch for.
• Subscription state: your plan, its status and dates, and the Apple transaction identifiers needed to confirm it.

What NUDGE never stores

No payment card numbers, and no billing address. Apple processes all payments; NUDGE only ever learns whether a subscription is active and when it renews or ends.

Who can see it

Only you. Every record is tied to your account and protected by database-level rules that block access from any other account. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use one person's information to answer another's questions.

AI processing

To find what you might be forgetting and to answer your questions, NUDGE sends the relevant parts of your information to an AI model provider for processing. It is used to produce your result, not to train models. NUDGE instructs the model to use only your own information and to say when it does not know something.

Connected accounts

If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, NUDGE requests read access only, and never changes or sends anything on your behalf without your explicit action. You can disconnect a source at any time on the Connections page.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, NUDGE stores a device token so it can send them. Turning notifications off, or deleting the app, ends that.

Your controls

• Export everything NUDGE holds about you, as a file, from Settings.
• Delete all of your NUDGE data while keeping your account.
• Delete your account entirely, which removes your data from our systems.
• Disconnect any connected source without losing the rest.

Retention

Your information stays until you remove it or delete your account. After account deletion it is removed from live systems immediately; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
